FACE MASK SELECTION This steam inhaler includes two mask styles—a small nose/mouth style and a large facial style. Detailed instructions for use of the different mask styles are found on pages 8 thru 11 of this manual. The small nose/mouth style mask is suitable for use with hot steam inhalation therapy. -

USING YOUR STEAM INHALER – HOT STEAM INHALATION THERAPY Before proceeding, the individual receiving therapy should be seated in a comfortable position as treatments take several minutes. Keep in mind the height of the user and of the product to ensure the mask is at the desired level; the steam inhaler should never be lifted or handled while operating. - Page 9 USING YOUR STEAM INHALER – HOT STEAM INHALATION THERAPY Remove the secondary fill tank, Fig. 4. Add 80 ml of tap/distilled water to the larger capacity side of the secondary fill tank (the side where the suction tube feeds), Fig. 5. Replace the secondary fill tank, making sure the suction tube feeds into the larger side of the fill tank.

USING YOUR STEAM INHALER – FACIAL TREATMENTS Steam facials help to open the pores in the skin and coaxes out the dirt, oil, makeup residue and impurities that have built up within the skin. It is recommended that you seek the advice of a licensed esthetician or cosmetology professional for direction on the recommended frequency and duration of steam facials. -

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION The steam inhaler mask(s) and accessories should be thoroughly cleaned after each use and disinfected each day if being used to treat an illness unless a different cleaning regimen is specified by your healthcare professional. Always make certain that the unit has cooled completely after a therapy session before attempting to dismantle or clean the steam inhaler. - Page 13 CLEANING AND DISINFECTION CLEANING THE STEAM NOZZLE Water with a high mineral count may clog the steam nozzle.
