    INTRODUCTION Electronic Stimulator delivers electric pulses generated to the user’s skin through the electrodes. The portable and compact device has multiple modes of different pulse frequencies, covering Transcutane- ous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) and Electrical Muscle Stimula- tion (EMS). It includes operating elements of POWER ON/OFF button, intensity increase/mode change button, intensity decrease/timer change button, and can be attached and detached to the electrode through the two snap connectors.

    CHARGING THE DEVICE This device includes a rechargeable lithium battery in the electrical stimulator unit and USB cable. Before first use, the device should be charged for approximately 2 hours. Subsequent charging will also take approximately 2 hours. To charge the Electrical Stimulator Unit: Connect the wide end of the USB cable to a USB wall adapter of 5V and 0.3-2.0A (not included).

    TENS + EMS APP This device includes a free download of the TENS+EMS app, available in the App store or on Google Play. This App acts as a remote control to better operate your TENS unit, especially when the device is placed in hard-to-reach areas such as the back.

Recommended treatment time is 30-minutes; consult your healthcare professional for a treatment cycle that best suits your injury. Discontinue use immediately if treatment is uncomfortable or painful. Treatment area should be clean before applying the control unit. Note that excessive skin lotion or soap residue may affect the adhesiveness of the pad.

Follow the previous outlined steps in this manual to prepare your TENS device as shown on page 23 of this manual.

    If you notice that the pads have become dry, no longer adhere well to the skin, or begin to irritate the skin, they are in need of replacement.
