MediCapture MVR450/MVR460 Instructions for Use – English ® First installation / General preparations for safe operation and performance: 1. Connect to the power cord to the back of the device and turn the device on. 2. Connect a network cable to LAN – if required.
The hygiene officer of the operator should follow its own disinfection plan for cleaning devices. Start: 1. Insert the supplied MediCapture USB flash drive in the front panel. (Connect USB flash drive and all external pointing devices first, e.g., mouse, keyboard, touch screen, etc. before switching on the device from the back panel.)

When this device is used with a touchscreen monitor or a viewing monitor, the monitor must meet the requirements of IEC 60601-1. The set “MVR450/MVR460 recorder + monitor” must also meet the requirements of section 16 of IEC 60601-1 to ensure system safety.

Please note: Advanced Settings as well as optional networking should only be changed by technical personnel or IT administrators. SETTINGS are only available in English language.
Once user accounts are enabled, you need to know your User Names and Passwords to operate this device. MediCapture has no access to user account information and therefore, no “Master Password” exists. In case you do not remember your ADMIN user account information, this device requires a complete setup to factory default settings, which means many of your achieved information will get lost.
