- Page 3 Step 1 Behind the rear tire of the Gladiator locate the 2 threaded nuts and 1 hole shown in the picture. These will be the bolt loca- tions for the R-step Bracket. Step 2 You will first install the Gladi- ator R-step bracket.
- Page 4 Step 3 You will next install the long car- riage bolt into the square hole shown here and secure with nut. Now tighten all 3 bolts to 35lbs of torque. Step 4 With the bracket installed, it is time to mount the R-step.
- Page 5 Step 4 Install the bolts into the weld nuts on the bracket. Leave these bolts hand tight until all bolts are installed. Once the 4 bolts are all hand tightened you can now tighten these bolts to 20 ft/lbs of torque. Step 5 With the R-step now in- stalled.

WARRANTY POLICY LIMITED TWELVE (12) MONTH WARRANTY FOR FINISH AND ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS Rock-Slide Engineering, LLC (“RSE”) warrants to the original purchaser that (a) the structural and mechanical com- ponents of the Step Sliders will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the Step Sliders (the “product”), and (b) the finish (powder coat) and the electrical components (including the motor) will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase.
