- Page 2 HARDWARE Description Quantity Rock Slider (Driver & Passenger) Rock Slider Rubber Trim Step 1 Install the rubber trim along the edge of the rock slider starting at the rear and working forward to the front of the rock slider. You can use soapy water and a rubber mallet to firmly seat the trim along the edge.
- Page 3 Step 3 With assistance, lift the rock slider up to the vehicle and slide the front and rear brackets over the two factory body bolts you loosened but left in place. You will see that the front and rear bracket on the rock slider has a notch cutout that allows you to slide over the bolt. With the rock slider hanging off those two bolts, insert the bottom bolt on each the front and rear bracket.
- Page 4 Step 4 Check the rubber trim along the rock slider edge and adjust any section that has been pinched during the install of the rock slider. Use a plastic trim tool to adjust the rubber trim.
