  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY To hire an authorized service technician to assemble the treadmill, call 1-800-445-2480. Assembly requires two persons. Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Note: The underside of the treadmill walking belt is coated with high-performance lubricant.

  • Page 8 3. Hold the Left Upright (75) against the Base (80). Be careful not to pinch the wires. Insert a 3/8" x 4" Patch Bolt (4) with a 3/8" Star Washer (5) into the top hole in the Left Upright. Insert the 3/8" x 4" Patch Bolt (4) partially through the Left Upright (75).

Attach the Console Frame (87) to the Left Upright (75) and the Right Upright (76) with two 5/16" x 3 1/4" Patch Bolts (7) and two 5/16" Star Washers (8); do not fully tighten the Patch Bolts yet. 6. Insert the upper end of the Left Handrail (71) into the tube on the Console Frame (87).
