Purpose
This guide provides the steps required to manually adjust the tension of the labels on the
Sci-Print VX2/VXL/SOLO with a Cab A2+ printer installed.
Required Material and Equipment
CAB SQUIX printer on a Sci-Print VX2/VXL and SOLO

Procedure
1. Verify the labels are installed properly. See
2. On the back, right, top of the printer is a label tensioner. This is responsible for keeping
the label backing tight when feeding and backfeeding. During normal operation, the
tensioner shifts to the left when feeding, and shifts back to the right when backfeeding.
During backfeeding, to avoid tension drop, it should not get to the far right side.
