    1. INTENDED USE This petrol auger is designed to work for the ground (drilling holes for planting small trees, fence posts and similar objects). It is designed to be used with both hands. This machine is not designed to operate on frozen soil, on very rocky and particularly hard soil, in areas with underground electrical, gas or telephone lines.

  • Page 6 Fuel Handling  Be very careful when handling fuels. They are flammable and the vapors are explosive.  Use only an approved container.  Never remove the fuel cap or add fuel while the machine is on. Turn off the unit and allow the engine and exhaust components to cool before refueling.

    4. FILLING THE FUEL TANK WARNING: When filling the tank:  The drill should always be stopped and cooled.  Never smoke during refueling. It must not have flames or sparks near the fuel.  Do not attempt to refuel when the engine is hot. ...

    10. WARRANTY WARRANTY The manufacturer guarantees the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of the original purchase. The warranty only applies if the product is for household use. The warranty does not cover breakdowns due to normal wear and tear. The manufacturer agrees to replace parts identified as defective by the designated distributor.

    11. PRODUCT FAILURE WHAT TO DO IF MY MACHINE BREAKS DOWN? If you bought your product in a store: a) Empty the fuel tank if your product has one. b) Make sure that your machine is complete with all accessories supplied, and clean! If this is not the case, the repairer will refuse the machine.
