  • Page 5 System Set-up Instructions >> Environment: Wipe the outside of the tray with 70% Ethanol. Place the tray on the incubator shelf, ensuring the shelf size is no smaller than 44 x 45 cm (W X D) with 6’’ of clearance above the tray. For the best results, maintain the incubator at 37 ° Celsius with 95% humidity and 5% CO2.

In AxIS Z, push Measure Baseline(s) to record the media-only baseline impedance. The Maestro TrayZ will continue recording impedance data once every five minutes until user ejects the plate(s).
  • Page 14 Pogo Pin Care Accidental spills that expose the pogo pins to liquid may cause them to corrode or stick, compromising use. If there is evidence of damage to the pogo pins, contact Axion support to obtain replacement pins.
