    Chapter 1: Introduction This manual is intended as a guide to stripping down Honeywell recorders for the purposes of replacing or installing hardware (such as Comms cards or PSU boards) or upgrading firmware (EPROMs). Honeywell recorders are designed for ease of assembly and, as such, stripping down a unit is relatively straightforward.
