Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Safety 1st 2-in-1 Bouncenette. There are two speeds of
gentle vibrations to lull baby to sleep, while a gentle bouncing motion will calm baby
with their own movements. Three removable activity toys hang from the Toy Bar and
will entertain baby with hours of happy playtime. The solid fabric canopy pivots up to
shade baby, while mesh canopies further protect baby and allow two-way visibility. A
convenient reclining feature allows you to place baby in a flat resting position or a
raised position for playtime. The removable fabric Mattress Pad is machine washable
and dryer safe for easy cleaning. The soothing vibration unit requires only one "D"
alkaline battery (not included). The portable design allows for easy folding for storage
and travel.

ensure that you benefit from all of the great features your 2-in-1 Bouncenette has to
offer, and to make sure that you operate it properly, we urge you to:

further reference. IMPORTANT NOTE: Before assembling your new Bouncenette,
carefully remove and discard the protective plastic covering the Bouncenette parts. With a
soft cloth and warm soapy water, wipe down the Bouncenette parts. If you have any

WARNING:
• READ all instructions before use of the Bouncenette.
• KEEP instructions for future use.
• ALWAYS use the restraint system.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• NEVER use for a child who is able to push up on hands and knees, pull up
or sit up unassisted.
• FALL HAZARD:
• Child's movement can slide Bouncenette.
• NEVER place product on countertops, tables, or other elevated surfaces.
• FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS COULD
RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
• MUST be fully assembled prior to use.
• MAKE sure latches are secure prior to use.
• SUFFOCATION HAZARD: To help prevent suffocation from entrapment, use
only the pad/mattress provided by Safety 1st. NEVER use additional
mattress or padding.
• STRINGS CAN CAUSE STRANGULATION! DO NOT place items with a string
around a child's neck, such as a hood with strings, pacifier cords, etc...
• DO NOT suspend strings over the Bouncenette or attach strings to toys.
• DO NOT place Bouncenette near a window where cords from blinds or
drapes can strangle a child.
• NEVER lift Bouncenette with child in it.
• BEFORE EACH USAGE OR ASSEMBLY, inspect the Bouncenette for damaged
hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges.
• DO NOT USE Bouncenette if any parts are missing, damaged or broken.
Contact Safety 1st for replacement parts and instructional literature if
needed.
• DO NOT substitute parts.
• NEVER use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress
covers. They are not sold or intended for that purpose as they can
cause suffocation.
