AUTOMATIC TIRE INFLATOR
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Assembly
1. Attach the jumper hose to the top of the unit
2. Attach a coupler plug to the inlet of the unit- size is 1/4" NPT pipe thread
Must use two wrenches for tightening, one for the unit, one for the fitting
Leave foam filter insert inside
3. Assemble this thread with two wraps of pipe tape and then pipe sealant
4. Remove rear cover, install (7) AA good quality batteries
Operation
1. Attach air hose to bottom of unit
2. Turn the unit on by selecting and holding the
RED button for a few seconds
Selecting the RED button again turns on backlighting
3. Set the desired fill pressure by (+) or (-) buttons
4. Attach air chuck to the tire, screen will
show the current tire pressure
5. Select START, unit fills the tire, BEEPS when done
6. Remove air chuck from tire
Unit automatically turns off after 90 seconds,
or selecting RED for 5 seconds
Preset P1
Unit can store one pressure setting, to set:
1. Select P1
2. Set desired pressure by (+) or (-) buttons
3. Quickly select SET
4. Select P1
Units
To display in Bar or PSI
1. Select SET
2. Choose desired units with (-) button
3. Select SET again
Error Codes
• Err1: Pressure sensor failure
• Err2: Hose connection error, reconnect hose
• Err3: Tire pressure above 175 psi, do not fill
• Err5: Battery low
• Err8: Air supply inlet pressure lower than
set pressure, turn on air compressor
