IMPORTANT: Slate is a natural product; the
colors and texture of each piece are unique, no two units
will look the same. Variations in the slate colors and
textures are not a cause for return. Each piece of slate is
cut from a larger slab. Spalling (flaking) may occur during
product production, naturally over time, and/or if slate is
dropped.

ASSEMBLY
1. Install Light Bulb (D) into Lamp (A).
2. Affix Bulb Cover (B) to the lamp socket.
3. Place Lamp Shade (C) on the bulb
cover.
4. Plug the power cord directly into a
properly grounded GFCI outlet.
