Blade Guard Steel constructed blade guards are designed to give the maximum coverage without impeding the operator’s vision of the work piece. Blade guards are fixed to the head console for rigidity and safety. Each guard has a built in water channel on the back end to cut down excessive water spray.
Site of work Siting the machine Remove from the site anything, which might hinder the working procedure. Make sure the site is sufficiently well lit. Make sure you have a continual adequate view of the working area so you can intervene in the working process at any time.

In instances where the recirculating water pump is to be used. Ensure that the water bung located at the rear of the bed/tray is securely in place. Electrically operated water pumps will be wired in our factory prior to despatch. Fill the bed/tray of the saw sufficiently with water, ensuring that the pump is adequately covered.
Cutting methods To use the machine correctly, you must face it with one hand on the handle of the cutting head, and the other on the conveyor cart. You can possibly press on the pedal with one foot. Always keep your hands away from the moving blade. Full depth or fixed cutting In full depth or fixed cutting, the cutting head is locked in a fixed position and the material is pushed into it as shown.
Safety Instructions Laws governing safety aspects on machinery vary between countries but the following guides will be useful to all operators: Users should follow carefully any operating instruction given. All electrical connections must be surely made to eliminate contact of live wires with water spray or dampness.
Maintenance Before performing any maintenance to your saw, always ensue that saw is switched off. Drive Belts Check the drive belts regularly, ensuring that the correct tension is maintained. Over tightened belts will cause damage not only to the drive belts, but also the pulleys on which they run and ultimately the blade shaft bearings.
