Introduction
This manual is designed for SV06 owners to start their SV06 printing journey. We still recommend all the SV06 owners to read the manual carefully even if you are familiar with the 3D Printing technology, as there are lots of important information about the SV06 for you to learn and help you get better printing experience. In this manual there are some tutorials can be found on official website and group you can scan the QR-codes.

Note
- Do not use the printer any way other than described here in order to avoid personal injury or property damage.
- Do not place the printer in the environment with large vibration or other instability. The shaking of the machine will affect the printing quality of the printer.
- Please do not place the machine in inflammable and explosive materials or near high heat source.
- Please place the machine in a ventilated, cool and dust free environment.
- It is recommended to use the material recommended by the manufacturer to avoid machine damage.
- Do not use any other power cable except the one supplied. Always use a grounded three-prong power outlet.
- Please do not open the plastic cover during usage, otherwise the printing will be interrupted.
- Do not wear cotton gloves when operating the printer. Such cloths may become tangled in the printers moving parts leading to burns, possible bodily injury, or printer damage.
- Please wait a moment to remove the print after the print is finished.
- It's not recommended to use the third party firmware or mainboard etc, or the warranty will be void.
- Clean the printer frequently. Always turn the power off when cleaning, and wipe with a dry cloth to remove dust, adhered printing plastics or any other material off the frame, guide rails, or wheels. Use glass cleaner or isopropyl alcohol to clean the print surface.
- Children under 10 years should not use the printer without supervision.
- This machine is equipped with a security protection mechanism. Do not manually move the nozzle and printing platform mechanism manually while booting up, ot herwise the device will automatically power off for safety.
- Users should comply with the laws and regulations of the corresponding countries and regions where the equipment is located (used), abide by professional ethics, pay attention to safety obligations, and strictly prohibit the use of our products or equipment for any illegal purposes. Sovol will not be responsible for any violators' legal liability under any circumstance.

Assembly
Install the gantry

- Install the gantry on the base with four M5X50 screws, tighten the screws.

Install the display

- Install the display on the
holder on the right of base.

- Push it down diagonally to let it stuck on the holder.

Install the power supply

- Install the power supply on the right profile of the machine gantry with two M4X20 screws, tighten the screws.
Install the extruder kit

- Install the extruder kit on the slide base with three M3X5 screws, tighten the screws.
Install the control box

- Please turn the aircraft switch on the control box hanging plate to the left from the
locked state to the
unlocked state.
- Install the control box on the hanging plate.

- Press the entire control box down to let it be locked on the hanging plate.

- Re-rotate the aircraft switch to the
locked state.

Install the filament holder

- Install the filament plate on the top of the machine with two M5X10 screws.

- Install the filament holder.

Leveling
Leveling-1

- Press the knob> Main → Bed Leveling→Auto Z-Align
The machine will auto-home first, then the entire X-axis will rise to the top for calibration, then descend to auto-home.
Leveling-2

- Click the Bed Leveling→Auto Home(Preheat)→Auto Home
After clicking Auto home for the first time, the machine will be preheated automatically: nozzle 120°C, hotbed 60°C. After the temperature is reached, click Auto Home again to process. - After the machine stops, go back and click Probe Z offset to adjust the distance between the nozzle and the hot bed

After adjusting, don't forget to click to store the settings.
About 0.2mm, the thickness of a sheet of A4 paper, when you drag the paper, the nozzle can scratch the paper slightly, that means the distance is suitable.
Leveling-3

After clicking on Level Bed, the nozzle will rise to 120℃, and the hot bed will rise to 60℃, please be patient and be careful of burns.
After adjusting, don't forget to click to store the settings.
- then click the level bed, the machine starts to detect at 25 points on the hot bed.

Load filament
- Click Prepare→Preheat PLA/ABS
- When the temperature rises to the target temperature, cut the front end of the filament to a 45° bevel, then insert it into the feed port for about 20mm, and turn the wheel clockwise until you see the filament coming out of the nozzle.
If you feel resistance when turning and it is difficult to turn, please unlock the motorSteps to unlock the motor: click Prepare → Disable Steppers
Change filament
- Press the knob>Main → Change Filament → Yes

- Select the option according to the type of filament you are using, you can also select Preheat Custom to set a temperature. After selecting, please wait for the temperature to rise.

- Waiting for the target temperature to rise, the filament will withdraw automatically, then insert new filament to start printing.
Preparing to printing
- Double-click to install Sovol-Cura in the TF card file.
- Select to add SV06.
- Select the model you want to print and open
- Slice and save the file to TF card

- Insert the TF card into the card slot above the mainboard box of the machine
- Click "Print from media" →Select file to print
