what is Part HH used for? it does not show up on any diagram

@Greg Donoghue We are installing ours now it is used on the bolts securing the toilet to the floor, they go inside the rectangle holes on the toilet, keeping bolts secure and off of the porcelain. They fit in just like puzzle piece. Be sure to place them into the hole around the bolt after you set the toilet in place.
