@malini sathasivam I have (3) of the same model toilets. part # 1004159514 model # N2450E. Two of the three operated well, but the third had a continual leaking of the water to the drain. I removed the Niagra D0100 center section by disconnecting the flush chain and twisting the center counterclockwise. Very easy. The 67mm seal is at the bottom for easy replacement as needed. Ironically I found a 2 inch small curly plastic shaving from the Mfg process laying across the seal area. I removed it and reinstalled the Niagra center flush valve assembly by twisting clockwise. Reinstalled the chain and all is working well. Your issue may be similar or just a new seal is needed.

For the Glacier Bay model # N2450E-19:
Cleaners: The manual does not specify exact cleaners but generally advises care when cleaning vitreous chinaware. Avoid dropping or using harsh chemicals that could damage the surface. It does not mention using cleaning tablets, but such tablets are typically not recommended for the holding tank as they can damage internal components.

Just installed our new one. The water level in the toilet bowl (not the tank) is lower than what we’re used to. Is this normal. How can I raise it?

It is not considered normal for the water level in the Glacier Bay N2450E toilet bowl to be lower than usual. To raise the water level, turn the adjustment screw on the fill valve clockwise to raise the float cup. This increases the water level in the tank, which in turn raises the bowl water level. Ensure the tank water reaches the water line marked on the overflow tube.
