    1.4 ASSEMBLY ADVICE • The assembly of the product must be done carefully and by an able-bodied adult. If in any doubt, ask a technically qualified person. • Before you start with the assembly, read the instructions carefully. • Remove all packaging materials and lay down all parts on an open space. This gives you an overview and simplifies the assembly procedure.

  • Page 17 P A R T S L I S T S E T U P F I T T I N G S PREPARATION Remove all parts and hardware from the carton and place them on a clean soft surface. Check carefully to make sure nothing is missing.
  • Page 18 NOTE: This part is used for fitting a basketball board to LK206 Stanley Heavy Duty Monkey bars. Check that all parts are there before set up. Spanners are required for assembly and gloves are recommended for safety. M8 x 35MM 2pcs.

STEP 2 Connect the ring with connection plate using bolt through the joint and locked with NOTE: Ensure the bracket is fitted the right way up (larger section down) to allow the hoop to swing upwards against the backboard.

  • Page 21 STEP 4 Attach the whole basketball set onto the ideal safety poles of your trampoline, lock it with two clamps by using four bolts through four washers and four nuts NOTE: Ensure the bracket is fitted the right way up (larger section down) to allow the hoop to swing upwards against the backboard.

    IV. MAINTENANCE WARNING: Please keep for future reference. We recommend regular maintenance to be conducted at the beginning of each season as well as at regular intervals during the usage session for your play equipment to ensure all main parts/fixings are tightly secured, well-oiled and intact to avoid failure, injury or hazards.
