    INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing the AstroAI Portable Car Air Pump. This product is a programmable air pump with a high-quality digital display, designed to monitor air pressure during inflation. The air pump automatically shuts o when it reaches the pre-set pressure. Its smart design allows for storage of the hose and cigarette lighter within the product.

    PRECAUTIONS Please read the instructions carefully before using this product. Improper usage may lead to damage. Practice safety when dealing with electricity. Do not use this product for any applications other than its intended purpose. Do not use this product near flammable liquids or gases, fire, corrosive liquids, strong magnetic fields, and fire.
  • Page 5 When not in use, disconnect the air pump from all power sources. The air pump may heat up during continuous use; handle with care during and after use.     PREPARATION Cigarette Lighter Fuse Replacement Unscrew the nut of the cigarette lighter and remove the old fuse. Insert the 15A replacement fuse into the cigarette lighter and securely screw the nut back on. INSTRUCTIONS Start your car’s engine before turning on the product. I.

  • Page 11 III. Preset Pressure Value Use the "+" and "-" Buttons to set the pressure value, or hold them down for rapid setting. After selecting the pressure value, it will blink three times and be set. Use "+" Button Use "-" Button IV.
  • Page 12 V. Connect to the Tire Valve Stem Remove the valve cap from the tire’s valve stem, then connect the quick connector to it. (Tip: For better sealing, align the quick connector with the valve stem, press firmly and flip the small lever.) VI.

    TROUBLESHOOTING Air Pump Doesn’t Work Ensure the inline fuse is correctly inserted an undamaged; replace the fuse if necessary. Check the car’s cigarette lighter fuse; it should be rated at 15A. Ensure the cigarette lighter plug is securely connected to the car's 12V socket.
