Certification Regulatory Notice: This Child Restraint system meets all applicable requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 213b. This Restraint is Certified for Use in Motor Vehicles and Aircraft when used with the internal harness. When used WITH the internal harness and properly installed pursuant to these instructions, this restraint is certified for use in passenger and multipurpose passenger motor vehicles, buses and trucks equipped with Lap Belts only, Lap/Shoulder Belts, or Lower Anchors, and for use in aircraft.

Child Usage Guidelines REAR- The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends keeping children FACING for as long as possible, until they reach the maximum height or weight for their REAR-FACING Child Restraint in orientation. Additionally, some states' laws require children to be REAR-FACING until age 2.
