How should I clean my incubator? The Nurture Right 360 can be wiped down and cleaned with a damp cloth and warm soapy water. After the incubator has been wiped down and cleaned, the unit can be towel dried and then should be run without water (dry run) for 24 hours. -

Is it okay if my incubator is kept in a room below 70° Fahrenheit? For best results, we recommend using the incubator in a room that stays between 74°F-80°F. How much water should be added to water pot A? Add about 4 fl. oz. of water into Water Pot “A”. When refilling water Pot “A,” add water slowly, taking care to not overfill. -

Can I incubate emu or ostrich eggs? Ratite bird eggs such as emu and ostrich eggs are larger than what the incubator was intended for, and therefore we cannot recommend incubation of these types of eggs. Can I incubate reptile eggs? No, this incubator does not have the appropriate temperature settings for hatching reptile eggs. -

The heat indicator is showing EE in GREEN, what does this mean? This means the system is unable to receive the signal from the humidity sensor within the unit. Most commonly, this is caused by the humidity sensor not correctly connected within the socket. To check if this is the issue and correct it, please follow the steps below: Unplug the incubator and gently flip over the incubator top. -
