Warranty

The manufacturer warrants this tool and adapters (with exception of the Wear-Resistant Gasket, Cutting Board and other

sacrificial parts) for a period of one (1) year starting from the date of sale. The guarantee is given against defects in material and

workmanship. This warranty is voided by improper use (including but not limited to adding and using a handle extension),

disassembly, repair or alteration by owner, authorized parties or unauthorized parties. If you have any issue with your

HandyPress

tool, please contact the retailer from which you purchased it.

This warranty does not cover any dies, cutters, punches, plates, or other attachments, accessories, or components not created

by the manufacturer. Manufacturer makes no express warranties other than those specifically enumerated in this manual. This

warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied. Manufacturer makes no implied warranties of any

kind, including but not limited to the tool's merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The HandyPress is a proprietary product of the manufacturer and is subject to copyright and patent protection. By purchasing

this product, you assume all liability resulting from unsafe operation or improper use of the HandyPress. Manufacturer shall not

be liable for damage, loss and/or injury resulting from the use of this product under any circumstances.

By purchasing and using this tool, you agree not to modify and/or use this product for any application(s) other than those for

which it was designed. You also agree not to use any dies, cutters, stamps, punches, adapters, or any other part, attachment or

accessory that is not designed by or approved by the manufacturer for use with this tool. Furthermore, you agree not to add or

use any handle extensions, "cheater bars," or other handle modifications in order to get additional leverage beyond the leverage

amount the tool was designed for.
