    EINLEITUNG Vielen Dank für Ihr Vertrauen und den Kauf dieses modernen Batterieladegerätes der HFL-Serie zur Stromversorgung des 12V KFZ-Bordnetzes in der Ausstellung und Ladung von 12V Blei-Batterien (Säure, GEL, AGM, Blei-Calcium). Dieses mikroprozessorgesteuerte, primär getaktete Hochfrequenz-Ladegerät entspricht dem neuesten Stand der Ladetechnik. Bitte behandeln Sie das Gerät mit Sorgfalt und Pflege, damit es Ihnen viele Jahre gute Dienste leisten kann.
  • Page 3 Maßnahmen gegen Staub, herabrieselndes Wasser und Wassereinfall • Das Ladegerät nicht Regen oder Schnee aussetzen. • Wenn Batteriesäure auf Haut oder Kleidung gekommen ist, sofort mit Seife und Wasser abwaschen. Wenn Säure in die Augen kommt, sofort das Auge für mindestens 10 Minuten mit fließend kaltem Wasser spülen und unverzüglich eine medizinische Untersuchung durchführen lassen.
  • Page 4 • Die Erwärmung des Gerätes auf bis zu 50°C während des Betriebes ist normal und kein Anlass zur Beunruhigung. Achtung heiße Fläche: Anfassen verboten während und nach dem Betrieb (Verbrennungsrisiko). • Das Ladegerät darf nicht abgedeckt werden. Beim Laden für gute Belüftung sorgen.
  • Page 5 VORBEREITUNG DER LADUNG LADEN • Wenn die Batterie zum Laden aus dem Fahrzeug genommen werden muss, immer den geerdeten Pol der Batterie zuerst entfernen. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Zusatzgeräte im Fahrzeug ausgeschaltet sind, um die Gefahr der Lichtbogenbildung zu verringern. •...
  • Page 6 • Stellen Sie fest, welcher Pol geerdet (mit dem Chassis verbunden) ist. Normalerweise ist der Minuspol geerdet. • Laden einer mit dem Minuspol geerdeten Batterie: Das rote Kabel an den Pluspol der Batterie anschließen und das schwarze Kabel an das Chassis des Fahrzeugs. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass das schwarze Kabel nicht in der Nähe der Batterie, Vergaser, Treibstoffleitungen oder anderer Blechteile angeschlossen wird.

    BETRIEB Das Ladegerät an die Netzsteckdose anschließen. Die Anzeige „Keine Batterie / verpolt“ blinkt rot und ein akustisches Warnsignal ertönt, wenn die Batteriekabel nicht bzw. falsch angeschlossen sind. Die Stromversorgung bzw. der Ladevorgang startet automatisch und die Anzeige „Status aktiv“ leuchtet grün auf, sobald eine 12V-Batterie korrekt angeschlossen wird.

    (wie z. B. Kabel, Ladezangen, etc.). Der Käufer muss das Produkt zusammen mit dem Kaufbeleg an den Fachhändler oder direkt an Mawek senden und die Transportkosten übernehmen. Die Garantie verliert ihre Gültigkeit, wenn das Batterieladegerät nicht gemäß dieser Bedienungsanleitung verwendet oder unachtsam behandelt wurde.     INTRODUCTION Thank you for your confidence and purchase of this modern battery charger of the HFL series for the power supply of the 12V vehicle electrical system in the exhibition and charging of 12V lead batteries (acid, GEL, AGM, lead-calcium). This microprocessor-controlled, primary clocked high-frequency charger corresponds to the latest charging technology.
  • Page 12 Measures against dust, falling water and water ingress - Do not expose the charger to rain or snow. - If battery acid gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water. If acid gets in the eyes, immediately flush the eye with cold running water for at least 10 minutes and get a medical examination immediately.

    • Charging a battery grounded to the positive pole: Connect the black cable to the negative terminal of the battery and the red cable to the chassis of the vehicle. Please make sure that the red wire is not connected near the battery, carburetor, fuel lines or other sheet metal parts.
