My stinger runs a few moments and then shuts off. There was a twig around the propeller. I cleared it and one side spins when I turn it manually, but will not spin when the unit is turned on. Any help would be appreciated

    STORAGE • When out of the water, store the CLEANER in a dry, shady location at temperatures between 40ºF — 80ºF. CABLE CARE • With continued use, the cable may become coiled (like a telephone cord). To correct this, periodically stretching the cord out in the sun should remove any cord twists. IMPORTANT: The cable should be checked periodically for any external damage.
