Citrus slushie creations

MOjITO
Makes  medium servings
1½ limes
6-8 ice cubes
½ lime, quartered and sliced
8 mint leaves
2 tablespoons sugar syrup (recipe Page R7)
¼ cup/60ml white rum, optional
Soda water, for serving
1.
Follow instructions for 'Preparing the appliance and
ingredients' on Page 9.
2.
Process the limes and ice cubes as described in
'Using the citrus tray and the ice chamber - for a
Citrus Slushie' on Page 10.
3.
Place lime ice, sliced lime, mint, sugar syrup and rum
in to a cocktail shaker and shake lightly.
4.
Pour into glasses, top with soda water to taste and
serve immediately.
Variation: Omit the white rum and add a few drops of
rum essence.

LIME AND RASPBERRY DAIqUIRI
Makes  medium servings
1 lime
6-8 ice cubes
¼ cup sugar syrup (recipe Page R7)
60g frozen raspberries
1½ tablespoons tequila
1½ tablespoons Triple Sec liqueur
¼ cup/60ml soda water
Lime wedges
1.
Follow instructions for 'Preparing the appliance and
ingredients' on Page 9.
2.
Process the limes and ice cubes as described in
'Using the citrus tray and the ice chamber - for a
Citrus Slushie' on Page 10.
3.
Place lime ice, sugar syrup, frozen raspberries and
liqueurs in a cocktail shaker and shake lightly.
4.
Pour into glasses, top with soda water to taste and
serve immediately garnished with lime wedges.
