Charging instructions
Battery is only 50% charged before shipment. Fully charge unit for 3‐4 hours before use by plugging AC adapter into any AC power
supply and plugging the other end into the charging port located on the base of the unit. Unit has overcharge protection, plug it in
and leave it. Unit is fully charged when green LED is on.
To Change LED Board:
•
Remove top cap (1) and handle (6).You may need a small, flat bladed screwdriver or similar tool to break the dot of glue loose before removing.
•
Unscrew two Phillips head screws on either end of unit.
•
Pull Lens halves (2) & (3) apart to expose the LED board, battery and other components.
•
Unscrew the reflector board (4) from the back of the LED board and save the reflector board and screws for re‐assembly.
•
Unsolder the wires at the bottom of the board near the battery as shown in fig 2. Be sure to label these wires for re‐installation.
•
Solder the wires back onto the new LED board in the same way they came off of the old board.
•
Re‐assemble unit in reverse order of how you disassembled it.

Do NOT service this light while it is plugged in. It may cause electrical shock

Do NOT submerge in water. – It may cause electrical shock and/or fires. To clean, wipe with damp cloth only, do not use solvents, and clean only
when the unit is unplugged from power source.

Do NOT use this lamp in explosive atmosphere ‐ Near flammable liquids or where explosion proof lamps are required.
