Q: How can I purchase a telescopic pool pole, and what size should I choose?
A: The retrieval hook included in the box is designed to connect to a universal telescopic pool pole. The hook fits poles with a standard 1-1/4" (25-32 mm) diameter connector end. These poles are commonly available at your local pool shop or from online retailers.
Q: Why are there some water droplets inside a newly purchased cleaner?
