TROUBLE-SHOOTING & FAQ

If the following solutions do not resolve your issue, please contact us for further assistance.

Q: Applicable swimming pool size?
A:
Up to 150m2.

Q: Why doesn't the cleaner respond after pressing the power button?
A:
The battery might be depleted due to extended storage. Please recharge the device. The indicator light will display solid red while charging.

Q: Why can't it climb the walls?
A:

  1. It may be set to Floor-Only Mode. Please select the correct mode for wall climbing.
  2. The filter basket may be clogged with debris. Please remove and clean the basket to ensure optimal performance.

Q: Why is the cleaner sitting at the bottom of the pool and not moving, or moving slowly?
A:

  1. The cleaner may be caught in the drain outlet at the bottom of the pool. It will attempt to float and free itself. If it remains stuck for several minutes, please use your pool pole to assist in freeing it.
  2. If placed in a dirty pool, the cleaner may collect a large amount of debris quickly. In this case, check and clean the filters as needed.

Q: Why does the front of the robot float up while the rear remains on the floor?
A:
This is an intelligent feature of the pool cleaner, designed to help it break free if it gets stuck.

Q: Why does the cleaner automatically turn off after a few hours of charging?
A:
It is designed to automatically shut off 10 minutes after reaching a full charge to protect the battery and extend its lifespan. You can feel confident leaving it unattended, knowing that charging safety is ensured.

Q: What does it mean when the cleaner's LED indicator displays yellow?
A:
The yellow light indicates the cleaner has encountered an issue, such as an overcurrent due to being stuck or a failure to start. Simply remove the cleaner, restart it, and it should be ready to work.

Q: How can I purchase replacement parts and accessories?
A:
Please contact the retailer where you made your purchase. Alternatively, you can visit our website or call us directly, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Q: How can I purchase a telescopic pool pole, and what size should I choose?
A:
The retrieval hook included in the box is designed to connect to a universal telescopic pool pole. The hook fits poles with a standard 1-1/4" (25-32 mm) diameter connector end. These poles are commonly available at your local pool shop or from online retailers.

Q: Why are there some water droplets inside a newly purchased cleaner?
A:
As every cleaner is rigorously tested before leaving the factory, including underwater tests, thus there may be a little water left inside, feel free to use it normally.

Q: What does it mean when the cleaner's LED indicator displays purple?
A:
If the LED displays purple, it means the cleaner is stuck on an obstacle. Use a pole to remove it, restart the cleaner, and then place it back in the pool to continue cleaning.

Q: Why can't I turn off the cleaner after removing it from the pool?
A:
The cleaner may still think it's underwater due to water on the detection probe. Simply wipe it dry and you should be able to turn off the cleaner.
