MAKING THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS 2. Connect the ground conductor of the 120v supply to the green groundlead(s) of the fan. Connect the white (neutral) wire from the ceiling to the white wire (light) from fan. Connect the black (hot) wire from the ceiling to the black wire (fan motor) and blue wire (light) from the fan.

CONTROLLING THE FAN PULL CHAIN OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS REVERSE SWITCH OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS The pull chain controls the fan speed as follows: The reverse switch is located on the surface of the switch housing. TROUBLESHOOTING My Fan Will Not Start Check main and branch circuit fuses or circuit breakers. Check line wire connections to fan and switch wire connections in the switch housings. WARNING My Fan is Noisy Allow for 24-hour break-in period. Most noises associated with a new fan will go away during this time period. Check to make sure the screws which attached to the blades (and blade arms when applicable) are tight.
