Step 1
The transformer and wood and plastic legs are
located in a box underneath the seat. Open
the box and place transformer aside for later.
Step 2
Attach each leg to the corresponding
pre-drilled holes by turning them in a clockwise
direction until they are tight.
Note: Do not over-tighten the legs, as damage
could occur.

Step 3
Slide the metal receiver (A) over the
metal post (B) to connect the seat back.
Press both sides of the back firmly
downward until the back is locked in
place over the metal post.
Note: Make sure all plugs and cords are connected on the product before plugging the power cord into the
power outlet. Otherwise, damage can occur.
The USB ports (where applicable) are designed with working voltage of 5V, and can NOT be used to supply
power for laptop computers (neither PC or Mac). Plugging a laptop computer into to the USB port may end
up damaging either the computer or the USB port due to unmatched working voltage.

Step 5
Connect the transformer to the DC port
located at the rear of the arm.
