    SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Careful operation is your best insurance against an accident. Read this section carefully before operating the vehicle and accessory. This accessory is capable of amputating hands and feet and throwing objects. Failure to observe the following safety instructions could result in serious injury.     ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANT: UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED TORQUE ALL BOLTS ACCORDING TO TORQUE SPECIFICATION TABLE (SEE TABLE OF CONTENTS) WHEN STATED: TIGHTEN FIRMLY. REFER TO PARTS BREAKDOWN SECTION FOR PART IDENTIFICATION. NOTE: In this manual, the right and left side is determined by sitting on the seat of the vehicle facing toward. WARNING When installing and operating the accessory, the front loader must be removed from the vehicle.

    ASSEMBLY STEP 1: TRACTOR PREPARATION WARNING TO PREVENT INJURIES: Park the vehicle on a flat surface in a well ventilated area. Disengage the P.T. O. Apply parking brake. Stop the engine and remove the ignition key. Wait until all moving parts have stopped before leaving the driver’s seat.

    ASSEMBLY T474 tractor: Install the rear hitch (item 1) into the vehicle hitch (item 2) and hold in place with a pin (item 3) and two lynch pins (item 4). T574 tractor: Install the rear hitch (item 1) into the vehicle hitch (item 2) and hold in place with a pin (item 3) and a hair pin (item 4).
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY Insert the drive shaft (item 1) in the bearings (items 2 & 3) as shown. T474 tractor: There must be a distance A of 4 7/8’’ between the bearing and the end of the shaft (see figure). T574 tractor: There must be a distance A of 2 7/8’’...
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY T574 tractor: Insert the rear subframe (item 1) into the front subframe (item 2) as shown. Secure in place with ten 5/8’’ x 1-1/2’’ hex bolts (item 3) and ten 5/8’’ nylon insert lock nuts (item 4). Make sure the two parts are properly aligned. Tighten the nuts securely.
