Troubleshooting (Fairy 10)
Possible Causes & Solutions
Check if the TAB robot vacuum is correctly turned on by switching the power
switch on the face cover of the TAB robot vacuum to the "on" position. (The
power switch on the TAB robot vacuum: I is on, O is off)
Check if the charging tabs of the robot and the base station are in normal
contact. Ensure there is no dust or dirt blocking the charging, which may
prevent the device from charging and turning on. Clean the tabs or slightly
move the robot for charging. (The robot will have a voice prompt when it is
charging normally.)
The battery level is too low. The TAB robot vacuum needs to be placed
correctly on the base station for about 1 hour of charging before it can be
turned on normally.
Press and hold the return-to-base button on the TAB robot vacuum for about
10 seconds to see if it can be reset to factory settings.
Observe the ambient temperature. The device may not turn on in
environments with excessively high or low temperatures. Please use it at a
temperature between 0-40°C.
If the problem persists, please email to service@tabhome.com to report the issue.
Turn on the power switch of the TAB robot vacuum, place the TAB robot
vacuum back to the docking station and charge for at least one hour, then shut
down and restart to see if it can start normally.
If the problem persists, please email to service@tabhome.com to report the issue.
Check if the password entered is correct.
