How do I manually switch the audio from a desk phone
connection to a softphone connection?
To switch from a desk phone connection to a softphone connection,
follow these steps using your Jabra Engage 65 headset and base.
1. Wear the headset.
2. While the Desk phone status LED is lit white, press and hold (2
seconds) the Call button on the headset.
The headset will announce "softphone".
3. Double press the Call button on the headset.
The Computer status LED will light green. This indicates that the
audio path to the computer is open, and there is microphone and
speaker audio for computer applications.
4. To return to the desk phone connection, press the Call button on the
headset, or press the End/reject call button on the base.
The Computer status LED will light white and then turn off. The Desk
phone status LED will light white.
