- Page 7 SAFETY Toughened Glass VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please take extra CARE when handling toughened glass. It is extremely vulnerable to BREAKAGE at the edges and in particular, the CORNERS. When you are MOVING it, please take care not to brush the EDGES of the glass against concrete etc..

GENERAL ADVICE Preparation and things to consider: Bear in mind that constructing your greenhouse can take some time, you may need to leave it and come back to it. The more space available in which to work the better, a large clean and clear garage floor is ideal or a flat lawn area. -

- Page 12 PARTITION ASSEMBLY Rear Slot locates over the up-right on the cill Side Cill Front Repeat this on the opposite side. The partition cill (334) can now be attached to the two side bars. Use 15mm bolts and fix a base bracket on each end. Standing on the inside of the partition you need to attach the glazing bar (437) nearest to the eaves on the left hand side.

- Page 14 PARTITION ASSEMBLY Before you can attach the door you need to glaze the partition. Go to page 18 for the glass plan and how to glaze the partition. Glaze the partition only when you are ready to glaze the whole greenhouse (the partition must be glazed before the rest of the green- house).
- Page 15 PARTITION ASSEMBLY You can now slide the door into the door track. You may find it easier to slide the door track all the way to one side so it gives you more room to position the door. Locate the first set of door wheels on the rails in the door track (Diagram K).
- Page 16 PARTITION ASSEMBLY With the door half open you can now add the door stop (400), with the lower purling fixed on top, (321) to the middle glazing bar (Diagram M). Before you attach the door stop you should push on the door stop bung (560). When you are happy with the position of the door the pane above the door can be installed.

- Page 19 GLAZING You are about to begin glazing your partition. It is vital that you take as many safety precautions as pos- sible, especially when handling glass. You should always wear long sleeves, gloves and goggles. Important Before you begin glazing, carefully separate your glass into groups of similar panes being very careful to measure and separate different types as some are quite similar.
