  • Page 19 Slam Bar (542) Attach the slam bar to the extra bolts you inserted (page 14). Leave these finger tight as you will need to adjust the height of the slam bar when in- stalling the glass. The slam bar should slot over the top edge of pane ‘U’.
  • Page 20 IMPORTANT  Do not fix the greenhouse to the base untill the greenhouse is fully glazed.  When istalling the under vent pane (U) trim the capping to allow the vent to close.  Don’t fit the pane above the door (QQ) untill you have installed the doors. This will help with adjustment for a smooth running door.

  • Page 22 Glass Stops Hercules glass stops require no drilling, simply line up the bend in the plate with the bottom off the roof sheet and HE555 fix using the self-start screws. A cordless screwdriver will be need to insert the screws.

To locate the door wheels and the door guide you will probably have to adjust the height of the door track (402), you do this by loosening the bolts that join the door track support bracket to the glazing bars.

  • Page 33 Downpipe Instillation Firstly you need to decide whether you want the water in your gutters to drain to the front or the rear of the greenhouse. The gutter outlet and stop end simply push into the gutter. For an even better seal you could run a bead of silicone around the inside edge of the gutter before inserting the outlet and stop end.
