GENERAL WARNINGS: WARNING • Leak test all connections before fi rst use, even if grill was purchased fully assembled and after each tank refi ll. (9.1 kg) capacity incorporating a Type 1 cylinder valve and an over-fi lling protection device (OPD).

HOSE AND REGULATOR: Your grill is equipped with a Type 1 connection device with the following features: 1. The system will not allow gas fl ow from the cylinder until a positive connection to the valve has been made. Note: The cylinder valve and all grill burner knobs must be turned OFF before any connection is made or removed. -

DANGER To prevent fi re or explosion hazard: • DO NOT smoke or permit ignition sources in the area while conducting a leak test. • Perform test OUTDOORS in a well ventilated area that is protected from the wind. • Never perform a leak test with a match or open fl ame. -

PRE-START CHECK LIST: DANGER Property damage, bodily harm, severe burns, and death could result from failure to follow these safety steps. These steps should be performed after the grill has been assembled and prior to each use. DO NOT operate this grill until you have read and understand ALL of the warnings and instructions in this manual. -

5. To light other burners, follow steps 3-4. 6. If burner does not ignite using the igniter, see “Match Lighting the Main Burners” section. To turn off, turn each control knob clockwise until it locks in the “OFF” position. This does not turn off the gas fl ow from the cylinder. -

OPERATING THE GRILL: WARNING • Read and follow all warnings and instructions contained in the preceding sections of this manual. • Flavoring chips must be contained in a metal smoking box to contain ash and prevent fi res. • DO NOT cover cooking grates or other components with aluminum foil, as this blocks ventilation and damage to grill or personal injury may occur. -

READ ALL SAFETY WARNINGS & ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ASSEMBLING OR OPERATING YOUR GRILL. WE RECOMMEND TWO PEOPLE WORK TOGETHER WHEN AS SEM BLING THIS UNIT. The following tools are required to assemble this Even Embers 4 Burner Gas Grill: • Phillips Screwdriver PARTS LIST:... - Page 20 NOTE: Some screws are pre-assembled to the grill. You may need to loosen some screws partially while others may need to be removed to assemble parts.
- Page 21 Attach front left leg rear left leg to left cart panel over keyholes using six M6 x 15 mm bolts. Attach front right leg and rear right leg right cart panel over keyholes using six M6 x 15 mm bolts. Attach back cart panel using four M6 x 15 mm bolts over keyholes.
- Page 22 Attach upper door frame to left and right cart panels using four M6 x 15 mm bolts. Attach cart base to left and right side cart panels using eight M6 x 15 mm bolts. Then attach cart base to back panel using two M6 x 15 mm bolts.
- Page 23 Lock casters attach to cart. Unlocked Locked Attach left door and right door by inserting lower hinge in hole in cart base and pressing upper hinge and aligning with hole in upper door frame.
- Page 24 Attach door handles and door handle bezels to left and right doors using four M6 x 15 mm bolts and M6 x 20 mm washers. Place grill body on cart and secure with four M6 x 15 mm bolts.
- Page 25 Install one M6 x 15 mm bolt halfway. Loosen bolts in control panel 3-4 mm. Then attach sear burner assembly over bolts. Do not tighten bolts at this time. Secure sear burner assembly using three M6 x 15 mm bolts and M6 x 16 mm washers.
- Page 26 Tighten two bolts from Step 9. Install two M4 x 12 mm bolts through front panel. Remove two screws from back of sear burner. Install sear burner valve between control panel and burner venturi. You may need to move sear burner around slightly to install sear burner valve.
- Page 27 Attach control knob bezel and sear burner valve to control panel using two M4 x 12 mm bolts. Press control knob onto valve stem. Slide sear burner grease tray into rear of sear burner assembly .

- Page 29 Install one M6 x 15 mm bolt halfway. Loosen bolt in control panel 3-4 mm. Then attach side table over bolts. Do not tighten bolts at this time. Secure side table using three M6 x 15 mm bolts and M6 x 16 mm washers. Note: Make sure front panels are aligned before tightening bolts.
- Page 30 Tighten two bolts from Step 17. Install two M4 x 12 mm bolts through front panel. Attach igniter to side table front panel using retaining nut. Attach electrodes from burners to connectors on back of igniter Insert AA Battery into igniter and secure with cap.
- Page 31 Install heat tents , cooking grates and warming rack Attach temperature gauge using pre-attached wingnut and washer.
- Page 32 Remove two bolts from grease tray handle . Move handle to the outside and attach handle using two bolts. Attach grease cup rails to bottom of grease tray using four M4 x 12 mm bolts, M4 x 12 mm washers and M4 nuts. Insert grease tray into back of grill.
