1. Turn off chamber and unplug power cord. Disconnect electrical power before removing top access panel. 2. Remove (3) screws in top access panel along front of chamber using Phillips screwdriver bit as shown below. Note: Retain screws. 3. Remove top access panel by sliding towards front of chamber until (3) tabs on each side are released as shown below.

1. Open chamber door, align recorder bracket and door cover edges and mark both mounting holes as shown below. Note: Let recorder panel with attached wire sleeve hang off to side of chamber while installing recorder. 2. Use #33 bit and #6-32 tap to drill and tap (2) mounting holes as shown below. Use #33 bit and #6-32 tap to drill and tap mounting hole for wire sleeve clip located approximately 4″ below screw on right side of chamber and 1″ to right of door as shown below. Note: Accessory panels may appear different depending on option.

Tapping Mounting Hole STEP 5 – Attach Recorder Note: If chamber has solid door option remove tape from recorder, discard and skip #1 and #4. 1. Remove adhesive from tape on back of recorder. Note: Once adhesive has touched glass it cannot be moved. 2.

STEP 6 – Replace Accessory Panel with Recorder Panel 1. Remove (2) screws in right side front accessory panel using Phillips screwdriver bit as shown below. Note: Retain screws. Accessory panels may appear different depending on option. Right Side Front Accessory Panel Screws 2.

5. Insert recorder wire sleeve into wire sleeve clip and mount to side of chamber with silver “B” screw included as shown below. Wire Sleeve Clip STEP 7 – Preparation to Install Recorder Sensor inside Chamber 1. Remove shelves near sensor access plate inside chamber and remove sensor access plate by sliding latches downward as shown below.
STEP 8 – Transformer Connections Note: All steps listed in this section refer to parts located in service compartment which may appear different depending on chamber options. 1. Connect recorder red wire to transformer on bottom left and black wire to transformer on bottom right as shown below.

4. Insert recorder sensor into rear bulkhead, feed recorder sensor from rear bulkhead behind rear wall plenum to sensor access plate and insert into clip as shown below. 10. Seal recorder sensor and wires in rear bulkhead with retained permagum as shown below. Install top access panel by sliding towards rear of chamber until (3) tabs on each side are engaged as shown below.

2. Secure top access panel along front of chamber with retained (3) screws using Phillips screwdriver bit as shown below. Screw Locations STEP 12 – Prepare Recorder 1. Plug in power cord and turn on chamber. 2. Open recorder door by pulling on magnetic door latch as shown below. Magnetic Door Latch 3.

4. Remove pen cartridge cap(s) as shown below. Note: Retain pen cartridge cap(s) to be used when chart recorder is not in service to extend pen cartridge life. Do not bend pen(s) when handling. Pen Cartridge Caps 5. Remove chart recorder paper hub by turning hub counterclockwise as shown below.

8. Press and hold “change chart” button (#3) for approximately one second until chart recorder pen begins to move back onto chart recorder paper and release button. Note: Verify chart recorder pen(s) are marking on chart recorder paper. If necessary, adjust chart recorder pen arm(s) by bending slightly. 9.
