  • Page 6 STEP 3 – Install Wire Sleeve Clips 1. Use tape measure and #33 bit to drill mounting hole for wire sleeve clip on right side of chamber near door hinge located 4.25″ below top of chamber and to right of side seam as shown below.

  • Page 17 2. Feed recorder sensor through (3) wire clips across top of service compartment as shown below. Note: Recorder sensor, wire and clip location may appear different depending on recorder option. 3. Insert recorder sensor into access port, feed recorder sensor through (3) wire clips across top of chamber as shown below.
  • Page 18 6. Reinstall false top and right interior wall by using right interior wall to support false top and secure (2) latches on right interior wall. 7. Reinstall sensor access plate by sliding latches outward. 8. Remove slack from recorder sensor wire, coil and secure with wire clip as shown below. Wire Clip 9.
  • Page 19 12. Align tabs on bottom left interior wall with slots on bottom left side interior wall and align to be flush with left side interior false wall as shown below. Left Interior Wall Tabs 13. Secure left interior wall with retained (2) screws using Phillips screwdriver bit. 14.

Press and hold “change chart” button on chart recorder (#3) for approximately one second until chart recorder pen begins to move off chart recorder paper and release button as shown below. Change Chart Button 4. Remove pen cap as shown below. Note: Retain pen cap to be used when chart recorder is not in service to extend pen life.
  • Page 21 6. Insert chart recorder paper under chart recorder paper guides as shown below. Paper Guides Paper Guides 7. Secure chart recorder paper with chart recorder paper hub. 8. Press and hold “change chart” button (#3) for approximately one second until chart recorder pen begins to move back onto chart recorder paper and release button.
