    PREFACE CONGRATULATIONS! You have purchased the Victory MATV-48XT gasoline-powered Flail mower with a manually adjustable side shift drawbar and car hook coupling. It is the strongest, safest, and most compact type. You can use the mower with a Car, SUV, Pickup, Quad / ATV / UTV, or lawn tractor.
