    PREFACE Identification ◼ The Victory MATV is a Gasoline powered Flail mower with adjustable side shift, suitable for several types of ATV vehicles equipped with 2” car hook. No tractor with PTO is needed. ◼ The mower is a robust, compact engine-driven Flail mower with replaceable flails and a hinged rear gate.
