Protecting workers begins with training. Operators should understand: ● Basic electricity including the fact that electric current will take any avail- able path to ground, including through a person. ● How to use the test equipment and how to recognize when high voltage testing is being performed.

Medical Safety Warning An individual using a cardiac pacemaker, an insulin pump, or any electronically- controlled medical device should NOT perform high voltage testing. Intended Use The 5150 is designed for electrical testing and is intended to be used indoors, in a dry environment, at a temperature of 50-104 degrees Fahrenheit (10-40 degrees Celsius).

On the ETI Main Menu, select any listed test program and tap Start to begin a test session. Typing the beginning characters of the test program name in the Search box or selecting a category from the Filter drop-down list can help narrow the search.

From the Main Menu > Utilities > Setup System Options. Under the Software Settings tab, select Change. Select a language from the list of options and click OK.
  • Page 14 Cirris Server Software The Cirris Server Software allows multiple Easy-Wire test stations to share a single database located on a network server. In this configuration, all the sta- tions load test programs from the network database and write test results to the same database.
  • Page 15 Accessing the Easy-Wire Help The Easy-Wire software includes a contextual Help system accessible by clicking on the Help button available on each Easy-Wire window. The Help can be browsed using the Table of Contents or searched by keywords.
