Karabińczyk, zatrzaśnik do szelek bezpieczeństwa z nakrętką blokującą jest elementem łączącym (łączni-
kiem) systemu bezpieczeństwa chroniącym użytkownika przed upadkiem. Łącznik pozwala na podłączenie
się bezpośrednio lub pośrednio do punktu kotwiczącego. Produkt został wykonany z pręta stalowego o
średnicy 10 mm. Produkt został wyposażony w samoczynny zatrzask, który dodatkowo jest zabezpieczony
przed niespodziewanym otwarciem za pomocą nakrętki. Szerokość otwarcia elementu ruchomego łączni-
ka wynosi 16 mm.

elementów maszyn, obecności zagrożenia porażenia prądem elektrycznym, ostrych krawędzi lub ścier-
nych powierzchni. Nie dopuścić do kontaktu produktu z iskrami, rozgrzanymi cząstkami, płomieniem lub
innymi źródłami ciepła. Kontakt produktu z ww. wymienionymi może skutkować uszkodzeniem produktu,
urazem lub śmiercią.
Produkt jest przeznaczony dla użytkowników, których ciężar nie przekracza 100 kg. W tej masie musi zawie-
rać się ciężar ciała użytkownika, ubrań, obuwia, wyposażenia, narzędzi itd. Produkt należy łączyć w system
z elementami o takim samym lub większym dopuszczalnym ciężarze. Należy mieć świadomość, że różne
elementy systemu mogą mieć różny ciężar dopuszczalny. Przed rozpoczęciem pracy należy się upewnić, że

Produkt należy poddawać okresowym badaniom. Podczas ustalania częstotliwości badań należy wziąć

produktu. Wyniki oceny powinny zostać odnotowane w dokumentacji produktu.
Ostrzeżenie! Produkt należy poddawać regularnym badaniom okresowym. Bezpieczeństwo użytkownika
zależy od ciągłej sprawności oraz trwałości produktu.
Produkt jest przeznaczony do użytku maksymalnie przez 5 lat od daty pierwszego użycia. Po tym okre-
sie produkt należy wycofać z użytku i poddać ocenie pod kątem dalszego użytkowania. Oceny powinien
dokonać producent lub jego autoryzowany przedstawiciel. Wyniki oceny powinny zostać odnotowane w
dokumentacji produktu.
Ostrzeżenie! Produkt należy każdorazowo wycofać z użytkowania jeżeli brał udział w powstrzymywaniu spadania.
Ostrzeżenie! Zasadnicze dla zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa jest zalecenie natychmiastowego wycofania
produktu z użytkowania, gdy istnieje jakakolwiek wątpliwość dotycząca jego stanu warunkującego bez-
pieczne użytkowanie lub sprzęt został wcześniej użyty do powstrzymywania spadania. Przed ponownym

spełniać wymogi stawiane przez normę EN 795 o wytrzymałości statycznej co najmniej 22 kN. Punkt
kotwiczenia nie może być zamocowany do zbyt małych, niestabilnych lub luźnych konstrukcji.
Ostrzeżenie! Sprawą zasadniczą dla bezpieczeństwa jest zalecenie aby urządzenie kotwiczące lub punkt
kotwiczący były zawsze odpowiednio usytuowane, a praca wykonywana w sposób minimalizujący zarówno
możliwość spadania, jak i drogę potencjalnego spadania.
Położenie punktu kotwiczenia powinno zapewniać bezpieczeństwo podczas spadania. Przestrzeń pod
miejscem pracy powinna być pozbawiona przeszkód z którymi może mieć kontakt użytkownik systemu
bezpieczeństwa podczas spadania. Po powstrzymaniu spadania użytkownik może ulec kołysaniu. Punkt

bezpieczeństwa o kąt większy niż 30 . Ograniczy to kołysanie użytkownika systemu bezpieczeństwa po

spadaniu (III). Amortyzator bezpieczeństwa oraz uprząż nie powinny być narażone podczas kołysania na
kontakt z krawędziami o które mogło by nastąpić ich przetarcie, przecięcie, przepalenie lub stopienie.
Amortyzator nie powinien się skręcać lub plątać w trakcie kołysania.
Ostrzeżenie! Sprawą zasadniczą dla bezpieczeństwa jest ocena wymaganej wolnej przestrzeni poniżej
użytkownika w miejscu pracy przed każdym użytkowaniem, aby w przypadku spadania nie wystąpiło zde-
rzenie z podłożem bądź innymi przeszkodami na drodze spadania (IV). Podczas oceny należy uwzględnić
długość łącznika w przypadku użytkowania w jakimkolwiek systemie powstrzymywania spadania, jako mo-
gącej mieć wpływ na odcinek spadania.
Ostrzeżenie! W pewnych sytuacjach może dojść do zmniejszenia wytrzymałości łącznika, np. w przypadku
połączenia z szerokimi pasami.
Podczas użytkowania systemu bezpieczeństwa następujące zagrożenia mogą wpłynąć na zachowanie
produktu, np.: ekstremalne temperatury, substancje chemiczne, przewodność elektryczna, cięcie ścieranie,
wystawianie na działanie czynników klimatycznych, ruch wahadłowy, przeciąganie lub wykonywanie pętli z
linki bezpieczeństwa bądź liny poziomej na ostrych krawędziach. Należy przestrzegać środków ostrożno-
ści, które zapobiegną wystąpieniu niebezpieczeństw.
Produkt należy transportować w szczelnych opakowaniach zapewniających ochronę przed wilgocią oraz
bezpośrednim działaniem promieniowania UV. Można do tego celu użyć, opakowań jednostkowych, w
których produkt został dostarczony, a także szczelnych opakowań wykonanych z metalu bądź tworzyw
sztucznych. Jeżeli produkt uległ zamoczeniu podczas pracy przed umieszczeniem go w opakowaniu na-
leży dokładnie wysuszyć. Podczas transportu produkt należy chronić przed takimi samymi czynnikami
zewnętrznymi, jak w przypadku użytkowania produktu.
Ostrzeżenie! Zasadniczą sprawą z punktu widzenia bezpieczeństwa użytkownika przy odsprzedaży pro-
duktu poza kraj przeznaczenia jest, aby osoba odsprzedająca dostarczyła instrukcje użytkowania, konser-
wacji, badań okresowych i napraw w języku kraju, w którym produkt będzie użytkowany.
Konserwacja i przechowywanie produktu
Produkt należy konserwować po każdym użyciu. Zabrudzenia należy czyścić za pomocą wilgotnej szmatki
lub za pomocą płukania w czystej wodzie o temperaturze nie wyższej niż 40
ścić za pomocą chemikaliów, ostrych narzędzi oraz czyścić w innych płynach niż woda. Wilgotny produkt
należy dokładnie osuszyć. Miejsce suszenia powinno być przewiewne i umiejscowione z dala od bez-
pośredniego wpływu źródeł ciepła. Należy unikać bezpośredniego oświetlania promieniami UV podczas
suszenia. Nie należy smarować produktu.
Produkt przechowywać w szczelnych opakowaniach, chroniących przed dostępem wilgoci oraz innych
szkodliwych czynników (takich, jak w przypadku użytkowania). Zaleca się produkt przechowywać rozwie-
szony. W przypadku przechowywania produktu złożonego należy zadbać, aby pasy nie uległy załamaniu,
splątaniu lub skręceniu.
Naprawy produktu
Żadna z części produktu nie jest dozwolona do naprawy przez użytkownika. W przypadku uszkodzenia
produktu należy skontaktować się z producentem lub upoważnionym przez niego przedstawicielem.

Instrukcja obsługi produktu
Należy otworzyć i przytrzymać zapadkę łącznika, zaczepić go o klamrę. Zwolnić nacisk na zapadkę, która

powinna spowodować samoczynne zamknięcie łącznika. Zabezpieczyć zamknięty łącznik za pomocą pier-
ścienia (II). Upewnić się, że nie ma możliwości otwarcia łącznika.

A clip hook, latch for safety harness with locking nut is a fastening element (connector) of the safety system
that protects the user against fall. The connector allows you to couple directly or indirectly with the anchor
point. The product has been made of steel rod of 10 mm. The product has been fi tted with automatic latch
which in addition is protected against accidental opening by means of a locking nut. The width of opening
of movable component of the connector is 16 mm.
Warning! The product should only be used by a trained person and properly qualifi ed in terms of its safe use.

Warning! Before you start using the product, read this user manual. Keep this user manual and transfer it
with the product each time. Before you start using the product, you should undergo a training in product use
and the hazards of typical and emergency use of the product. Using the product contrary to the instructions
in this manual may lead to injury, disability or death.
The product cannot be used by children, pregnant women and people who with neck, back or spine injuries.
The product is intended for use in temperature range of: -40
to chemicals or used in a harsh environment. Take particular care when using the product in proximity of:
moving parts of machinery, presence of an electric shock hazard, sharp edges or abrasive surfaces. Do
not let the product come into contact with sparks, hot particles, fl ame or other sources of heat. Product's
contact with the aforementioned may result in product damage, body injury or death.
The product is intended for users weighing not more than 100 kg. The weight must include the user's body
weight, clothes, footwear, equipment, tools, etc. The product should be combined in a system with compo-
nents of the same or greater permissible weight. One should be aware that diff erent system components
may have diff erent permissible weight. Before you start working, make sure that each safety system com-
ponent is compatible with the product. Safety harness should meet the requirements of EN 361, lap belts:
EN 358, shock absorbers: EN 355, connectors (clip hooks): EN 362.
Warning! Before you start working, there should be a plan of rescue measures for emergency cases that
may occur during the work.
Warning! It is forbidden to make any changes and additions to the product without prior written consent
of the manufacturer. Any repairs of product should be carried out only in a manner consistent with the
manufacturer's procedures.
Warning! The product should not be used contrary to the agreed conditions of use or for any purpose other
than those intended.
Warning! The product is intended for use with other products ensuring user safety, e.g. safety shock ab-
sorber or safety harness. Safety of the entire set is dependant or interdependent upon safe operation of
each part of the kit.
The product should be used as personal equipment, wherever applicable. It is recommended to use the
connector only when the user does not need to hook and remove the connector very often, i.e. many times
during the day of work. It is recommended to pay attention during the work to the fact as to avoid the trans-
verse load of the movable element of the connector. The product should not be used to undersling or hoist
people. The product may not be used as a safety measure when climbing.
Before you start using the product, check thoroughly the product. Any deformation, cracks, traces of cor-
rosion disqualify the use of the product. Check whether the latch closes automatically and the locking nut
is easy to screw and unscrew.
The product should be periodically tested. When determining the check intervals, consideration should
be given to legislation, type of equipment, frequency of use and environmental conditions under which
the product has been used. When using the product, it should be withdrawn from use at least once every
12 months and evaluated for its suitability for further use. The evaluation should only be carried out by a
person competent in the fi eld of these tests, in accordance with the manufacturer's procedures for periodic
inspections. The evaluation should also include checking the readability of product designation. The eval-
uation results should be recorded in the product documentation.
Warning! The product should be subjected to regular periodic testing. User's safety depends on continuous
effi ciency and durability of the product.
The product is intended for use for a maximum of 5 years from the date of its fi rst use. After this period, the prod-
uct should be decommissioned and evaluated for further use. The evaluation should be made by the manufac-
turer or its authorized representative. The evaluation results should be recorded in the product documentation.
Warning! The product should be withdrawn each time from use whenever it contributed in stopping the fall.
Warning! To ensure safety it is essential to order product immediate withdrawal from use, whenever there is
any doubt about its condition of safe use or the equipment has been previously used to stop falling. Before
using the product again, it is required that the competent persons acknowledges in writing the possibility
of further use of the product.
The anchor point or anchor device shall be chosen so as to ensure a stable structure and position limiting
the possibility of fall, as well as limiting the distance of free falling. The anchor point must be placed above
the point where the harness starts to fall. The design of anchor point cannot allows automatic separation of
safety system. The anchor point should meet the requirements set by the EN 795 standard on static strength
of at least 22 kN. The anchor point cannot be fi xed to unstable or loose structures that are too small.
Warning! It is essential for safety that the anchor device or anchor point were always properly positioned,
and work done in a way that minimizes both the possibility of falling and the path of potential falling.
The location of anchor point should ensure safety while falling. Space under the place of work should be
free from any obstacles with which the user of safety system may come into contact while falling. After
stopping the fall, the user may swing. The anchor point should be chosen so that the user does not come
into contact with any object while swinging. The anchor point during normal work should not cause any
defl ection of safety shock absorber by more than 30
after the fall (III). While swinging, the safety shock absorber and the harness should not be exposed to
contact with the edges, which could result in their abrading, cutting, burnout or melting. The shock absorber
should not twist or tangle while swinging.
Warning! It is essential for safety to assess the free space required underneath the user in the workplace
before each use, to prevent in the event of falling, the collision with ground or other obstacles along the
path of falling (VIII). During evaluation, take into account the length of the connector in case of using it in
any fall stopping system, as aff ecting the section of falling.
Warning! In some situations it is possible that the strength of the connector drops, e.g. in case of coupling
with wide belts.
When using the safety system, following hazards may aff ect the behaviour of the product, e.g. extreme
temperatures, chemical substances, electrical conductivity, abrasion, cutting, exposure to climatic factors,
swinging motion, safety cable or horizontal rope dragging or looping on sharp edges. It is required to ob-
serve precautions that prevent hazards.
The product should be transported in sealed packages that provide protection against moisture and direct
UV radiation. It is possible to use for this purpose, unit packages in which the product was delivered, as well
as sealed packages made of metal or plastics. If the product has got wet during the work, before putting it
into a package, it should be thoroughly dried. During transport, the product should be protected against the
same external factors as in the case of using the product.
Warning! It is essential for the user's safety when reselling the product outside the country of destination
that the reseller provided the user with maintenance, periodic inspections and repairs manual in the langu-
age of country in which the product will be used.
Product maintenance and storage
The product should be maintained after each use. Pollution should be cleaned by means of a damp cloth

chemicals, sharp tools and washed in other liquids than water. The damp product should be thoroughly
dried. The place of drying should be airy and located away from the direct infl uence of heat sources. Avoid
direct UV lighting during drying. Do not grease the product.
The product should be stored in sealed packages, protecting against moisture and other adverse factors
(such as in the case of use). It is recommended to keep the product stretched. When storing a product
folded, make sure that the belts do not collapse, entangle or twist.
Product repairs
No part of the product is allowed to be repaired by the user. In the event of damage to the product, please
contact the manufacturer or his authorised representative.

Instructions for product handling
Open and hold the connector latch, hook it to the buckle. Release the pressure on the latch, which should
cause the connector to close automatically. Secure the closed connector with a ring (II). Make sure that the
connector cannot be opened.

Der Karabiner für Sicherheitsgurtsysteme mit der Sperrmutter ist ein Verbindungselement mit dem System
zur Verhinderung der Abstürze der Anwender. Mit dem Karabiner ist das direkte oder indirekte Anschlagen
am Anschlagpunkt möglich. Der Karabiner besteht aus 10 mm Stahlstab und ist mit einem automatischen
Schnappverschluss ausgerüstet, der mit der Sperrmutter gegen selbständiges Lösen gesichert ist. Die
Öff nungsbreite der beweglichen Karabinerkomponente beträgt 16 mm.

usw. Das Produkt kann einen Systemteil mit den Elementen mit zulässiger gleicher oder höherer Tragfähi-
gkeit darstellen. Verschiedene Systemkomponenten können unterschiedliche Tragfähigkeiten aufweisen.
Vor Arbeitsbeginn ist sicherzustellen, dass jedes Element des Sicherheitssystems mit dem Produkt übere-
instimmt. Das Sicherheitsgurtsystem muss die Anforderungen der EN 361, der Hüftengurt – der EN 358,
die Falldämpfer – der EN 355, die Karabiner – der EN 362 erfüllen.

mehrmalig anschlagen und trennen muss. Bei der Arbeit ist es darauf zu achten, dass das bewegliche
Karabinerelement nicht in Querrichtung beaufschlagt wird. Das Produkt ist nicht zum Anschlagen oder Ein-
ziehen von Personen bestimmt. Es kann auch nicht als Bergsteigerschutzmaßnahme verwendet werden.
Vor Erstgebrauch ist das Produkt auf seine Beschaff enheit gründlich zu prüfen. Bei jeglichen Verformun-
gen, Rissen, Korrosionsspuren darf es nicht gebraucht werden. Schnallverschluss auf selbständiges Sc-
hließen, Sperrmutter auf Leichtgängigkeit prüfen.
Das Produkt ist regelmäßig prüfen zu lassen. Bei der Prüfhäufi gkeit sind gesetzliche Vorschriften, Produ-
kttyp, Gebrauchshäufi gkeit sowie jeweilige Einsatzbedingungen des Produktes zu berücksichtigen. Das
Produkt ist mindestens alle 12 Monate außer Betrieb zu nehmen und auf seine weitere Gebrauchsfähigkeit
zu beurteilen. Diese Beurteilung erfolgt ausschließlich durch einen entsprechenden Sachkundigen in An-
lehnung an die Herstelleranweisungen hinsichtlich regelmäßiger Produktprüfungen. Die Beurteilung hat
auch die Prüfung der Produktkennzeichnung auf ihre Lesbarkeit zu enthalten. Die Prüfungsergebnisse sind
in den Produktunterlagen festzuhalten.
