Who is protected by the warranty?
Your
Infinity warrantyprotects
the original retail purchaser and all subsequentowners .fora period_of five (5)
years(parts and labor) for all speakercomponentsfromany failure a sa result o fan original manufacturing
defect so longas:(1) yourInfinity'loudspeakers were purchased wi.t_. th_ e_fiRy s _tesofth.e U .SA. orby
military personne! from an authorized m ilitary o utlet a nd (2) the origanaldated bill ofsale Isp_resen_ea _
whenever se.rvice isrequired duringthewarrantyperiod. This warrantydoesnotapplytoproducts p urchased
elsewhere; o therpurchasers should contact t heir local I nfinity distributor for warrantyinformation.
What does the Infinity warranty cover?
Exceptas specified below, this warranty covers all defects inoriginal ma_terials and workm_anship. The following
arenotcovered: d amage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, product m odification; damage occurring
duringshipment, damage causedbyfailure tofollow _tmctions intheowner's m anual,including failure to
performrecommended periodic orroutine m aintenance; d amage resulting _om repairs b y someonenot
authorized b y Infinity; claims basedupon any misrepresentations by thesellers; and anyInfinity product on
which theserial n umber hasbeen"altered, defaced orremoved.
Who pays for what?
During the periodofthis warranty, subject t othe aboveconditions, Infinity will pay all ofthelabor and
materialexpensestorepair a warrantable defect.
How can warranty service be obtained?
In the event that your loudspeaker(s) should require service, you should first contact the Infinity dealer from
whom the product was purchased or, if ttgs is not practical, contact Customer Service in writing at.:

or by calling us at (818) 407-0228 (FAX: 818-709-9486)
We may direct you to an authorized service c.enter for Infinity product or ask you to send them to us for repair. In
either case you will have to present your original dated bill of sale to establish warranty coverage. Do not send
your speaker(s) to us without prior authorization from our Customer Service department.
You are responsible for transporting your product to either Infinity or an authorized service center and for
payment of all shipping charges; however, _ty will pay the return shipping charges (in the event you
rehn'n the product to us) ifth_ repairs are covered by the warranty. If you experience difficulty in
transporting your product or are in need of packing materials, please advise us and we may be able to suggest
alternative procedures and/or adequate packaging materials.
LIMITATION OF IMPL1ED WARRANTIES: All implied warranties, including fitness for a particular
purpose and merchantability are limited in duration to the length of the warranty period for your product.
LIMYrATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: Infinity is not responsible for an
incidental or consequential damage of any kind. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at our
option, of a defective product.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you This warranty
gives you specific legal r_hts and you may also have other gghts which vary from state to state.
NOTE: In the event that there is a difference between this warranty and the provisions in any advertisements,
product brochure or packaging cartons, the terms of this warranty wiIt prevail.
