When the fan and heatsink assembly is in place, connect the CPU fan cable
to the connector on the motherboard.

Do not forget to connect the CPU fan connector! Hardware monitoring errors
can occur if you fail to plug this connector.

Installing a DIMM

To install a DDR2 DIMM:
1.
Locate the two DIMM slots on the motherboard.
2.
Unlock a slot by pressing the retaining clips outward.
3.
Align a DIMM on the slot such that the notch on the DIMM matches the break
on the slot.
4.
Firmly insert the DIMM into the slot until the retaining clips snap back in
place and the DIMM is properly seated.

Unplug the power cables before installing a DIMM or any other component.
Failure to do so may cause damage to the motherboard and the
components on it.
A DDR2 DIMM is keyed with a notch so that it fits in only one direction. DO
NOT force a DIMM into a slot to avoid damaging the DIMM!
