Your demanding "customer CARE" department did nothing but piss me off when I called to see if the part I was looking for was available with them. WHY should I have to set up an "account" with you to have a simple question answered? WHY should thgey have to know my name, specific street address and zip code?? Does it matter where I live in the US if the part is available to me?? WHY cant they just tell me if they have the damn part number?
