Maximaa input gam (minimum
sensitivity rating) is achieved at the
full clockwise setting A setting of
less than full clockwise will yield
lower system noise at the expense of
headroom. Calibration indicates
sensitivity in volts/dBV necessary
to attain full available output.
OPERATION NOTE:
The input sensitivity rating of a
power amplifler is the voltage level
required to drive the amplifier to full
output Calibration in dBV aUows
the mixer operatni to "monitor 'the
power amplifier Statu 8 by observing
the dBV level of the mixer LED
arrays (on mixers so equipped).
