Introduction

The product has been thoroughly tested and is suitable for offering ambiance for your living rooms, bedrooms, etc. The device can be controlled via the app and voice assistant. With Govee Home App, you can adjust the brightness, color temperature, change the color and set multiple timers. Various scenes and music modes are preset in the app for you. Additionally, you can bring your creativity to the lights with DIY mode!

Pairing Your Device with Govee Home App

What You Need:

• A Wi-Fi router supporting the 2.4GHz and 802.11b/g/n bands. 5GHz is not supported.
  1. Download Govee Home App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Log in with your account. New users need to create an account.
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone
  3. Open the app, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner and search for "H60A1."
  4. Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Controlling the Light with Your Voice

1. Open the app, then tap the device icon to enter the details page.
2. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Select "User Guide" and follow the on-screen instructions to control the device using your voice

Troubleshooting

Cannot connect to Govee Home App

1. Check if the light has been powered on.
2. Check if your smartphone's Bluetooth has been turned on or try connecting the light to another smartphone
3. Ensure that your smartphone is near the light when connecting for the first time
4. If the problem persists, go to the "Device" page to delete the device and follow the previous instructions to reconnect

Cannot connect to Wi-Fi

1. Check if the light has been powered on
2. Do not skip connecting to Wi-Fi during the pairing process
3. Ensure that your Wi-Fi router is 2.4GHz capable (5GHz is not supported).
4. Ensure that you entered the correct Wi-Fi password during the Wi-Fi connection process.
5. Shorten the distance between the device and the Wi-Fi router to less than 50ft, then try reconnecting.
6. Use another smartphone to pair with the device to check if your Wi-Fi network is working.

Cannot pair or connect with Alexa or Google Assistant

1. Ensure that the Wi-Fi connection is stable
2. GO to the app's "Settings" page and follow the instructions under "User Guide" to pair the device again

The light does not display the selected color fully or some LED beads do not light up.
Please contact the Govee support team for a rapid product replacement.

Safety Instructions

Read and follow the safety instructions below:

• To prevent possible shock, turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before installing or fixing the device.
• All electrical connections must be in accordance with local and National Electrical Code (N E C ) standards. If you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections, please consult a qualified electrician.
• For indoor use only. This product is not waterproof. DO not expose it to areas susceptible to water splashes or water drops.
• The internal light sources cannot be replaced. If the light sources sustain damage, the product should be replaced
• Do not disassemble or modify the device and its accessories
• Avoid installing this product near potentially dangerous heat sources or major heat sources (e g, candles, liquid-filled objects)
• The working temperature should be between 14 to 104ºF (-10 to 40ºC)
  Store the product in places where the temperature is between -4 to 140ºF (-20 to 60 ºC) if you do not plan to use it for a long time
• External dimmer cannot be used with this product.
• Only use the control provided with or specified by these instructions to control this lamp. This lamp will not operate properly when connected to a standard (incandescent) dimmer or dimming control.
