Safety Instructions

• Avoid replacing the battery or placing it under direct sunlight for an extended period.
• Avoid charging the product in environments lower than 32°F (0°C) or higher than 113°F (45°C). Avoid using the product in environments below -4°F (-20°C) or above 140°F (60°C).
• Avoid using the product in environments where humidity is higher than 75%RH.
• Only use the provided charging cable to charge the product. ● Keep the product and all its components away from children.
• The waterproof and dustproof rating for this product is IPX5, which helps it withstand splashing water.
• Avoid scratching or puncturing the surface of this product with sharp objects. ● Avoid exposing the product to strong chemicals or corrosive liquids.

At a Glance

Using Your Camping Light

• When using the camping light for the first time, press and hold the On/Off Button for 3s to power it on. Later, you can short press to power it On/Off.
• Search 'H7040'on the Govee Home app to pair via Bluetooth. ● Brightness Adjustment: Press to cycle through 6 levels of brightness.
• Color Switch: Press to switch between different colors or color temperatures. Press and hold for 3s to send an SOS signal. Press and hold again for 3s to stop the signal.

Installing Your Device

If you need to hang the light, ensure that the handle is lifted first. When placing the light on a flat surface, the handle will close on its own.

Pairing Your Device with the Govee Home App

What You Need:
A smartphone or tablet running iOS 8.0 (or above) or Android 4.3 (or above).

1. Download the Govee Home app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices).
   
   
   
   
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
3. Open the app, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner and search for "H7040".
4. Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Troubleshooting

1. Failed to pair to Bluetooth
   • Ensure the device is powered on.
   • Restart the device.
2. The color switch button is not working.
   • Restart the device.
   • You can also change colors with the Govee Home app.
3. The indicator light has dimmed and the device does not work.
   • Press and hold the On/Off button for 3s to activate the device.
   • Recharge the device.
4. The battery indicator light is not working.
   • Restart the device.
   • You can check the battery status with the Govee Home app.
