INSTRUKTION
Börvärdespotentiometer för
Corrigo eller Optigo
TBI-PT1000 är en börvärdesomställare som är framtagen för
att passa till regulatorer ur Regins Corrigo- eller Optigo-serier.
TBI-PT1000 är avsedd för montage i t.ex. apparatskåpsdörr eller
kontrollpanel.
Installation
Borra ett Ø10 mm hål för potentiometeraxeln. Tillse att det finns
plats för potentiometer och plint på väggens baksida.
Skala bort skyddspappret från skalans baksida och klistra fast
den så att skalans hål kommer mitt för hålet i väggen. Se till att
den är vriden så att skalan är läsbar efter installationen.
Skruva loss låsmuttern från potentiometern, stick potentiometer-
axeln genom hålet och fäst med låsmuttern.
Anslut en ohmmeter och vrid axeln tills mätaren visar 1078 Ohm.
Sätt på ratten med pilen pekande mot 20°C. Lås fast ratten utan
att rubba axelläget. Efter inkoppling till regulatorn kan man kon-
trollera att det inställda värdet stämmer med det värde som regu-
latorn visar för den AI-ingång till vilken TBI-PT1000 är ansluten

TBI-PT1000 ansluts till en analog ingång på Corrigo eller Optigo
enligt inkopplingsbilden.
INSTRUCTION
Setpoint potentiometer for
Corrigo eller Optigo
TBI-PT1000 is a setting device developed for use with the
controllers belonging to Regin's Corrigo or Optigo series. TBI-
PT1000 is intended for mounting in a cabinet door or control
panel.
Installation
Drill a Ø10mm hole for the potentiometer shaft. Make sure
there is adequate room for the potentiometer and wiring
terminal on the rear side of the wall.
Remove the protective paper from the adhesive and fix the
scale plate to the wall so that the holes coincide, orientated
so that the scale is readable after the installatiion.
Remove the fastening nut from the potentiometer, pass the
potentiometer shaft through the hole and fix it in place with
the nut.
Connect an ohmmeter. Turn the shaft until the ohmmeter
reads 1078 Ohms. Place the knob on the shaft with the poin-
ter pointing at 20°C. Lock the knob to the shaft making sure
not to displace the shaft position. After connecting the wiring
check that the set value corresponds to the controller reading
for the AI input connected to the TBI-PT1000.
Wiring
Connect TBI-PT1000 to an analogue input on the Corrigo or
Optigo as shown in the wiring diagram.
