1. HEV-10 Introduction The HEV-10 is a high-definition encoder with local loopout, supporting HDMI input resolution up to 4K@60Hz, and video local loopout resolution up to 4K@60Hz with zero delay. It can be connected to local 4K or 2K monitors to monitor videos. The encoding outputs resolution up to 1080P@30Hz at video bit rate up to 16M.

Press and hold the set button for about 10s and release it when both L1 and L2 flash in red and green alternately to reset HEV-10 to factory default settings automatically, and all parameters will be reset to factory default values. (By default, the IP address of HEV-10 is 192.168.1.251)
④ Power HEV-10 with a USB cable. ⑤ The control terminal of HEV-10 must be set on the same LAN, and IP address must be on the same network segment of HEV-10 (By default, the IP address of the encoder is 192.168.1.251).
The default IP address of HEV-10 is 192.168.1.251. The control computer of HEV-10 must be on the same LAN and the IP address must be on the same network segment of HEV-10. For the first use, please modify the control computer IP address to 192.168.1.xxx (xxx can be any number ranges from 0 to 255, except 251).
8.2 Log In to the Encoder Web UI 1. Open the browser of the control computer, type “192.168.1.251” (the default IP address of HEV- 10) to load the HEV-10 login page, type user name and password(admin/ admin by default) to log in to HEV-10 web UI.
