SIDE PANEL UPPER BOTTOM DECORATIVE BLOCK DECORATIVE BLOCK... - Page 6 Place Left side panel (E) face down on a soft smooth surface. The side with the screw holes should be facing up. Align the holes of Bracket (H7) with the screw holes of Left side panel (E) with the tenons of Bracket (H7) facing outward as shown in Figure 1. Secure Bracket (H7) to Left side panel (E) with Short bolt (H2), Spring washer (H3) and Flat washer (H4) using Allen wrench (H5).
- Page 7 With assistance from another adult, place Left post (G) on a soft smooth surface,insert the tenons of Left side panel (E) into the corresponding holes of Left post (G) and make sure the bottom is flush. Secure the Left side panel (E) to Left post (G) with Short bolt (H2), Spring washer (H3), Flat washer (H4) using Allen wrench (H5) as shown in figure 2.
- Page 8 With assistance from another adult, insert the tenons of Left post (G) and Left side panel (E) into the corresponding holes of Base (B). Panels may need to be slightly adjusted to be inserted into the proper holes. Secure Left post (G) and Left Side panel (E) to Base (B) with Short bolt (H2), Spring washer (H3), Flat washer (H4) using Allen wrench (H5) as shown in figure 3.
- Page 9 With assistance from another adult, insert the tenons of Left Side panel (E) and Right side panel (F) into the corresponding holes of the Front panel (C). Panels may need to be slightly adjusted to be inserted into the proper holes. Secure the Front panel (C) to Left Side panel (E) and Right side panel (F) with Short bolt (H2), Spring washer (H3), Flat washer (H4) using Allen wrench (H5) as shown in figure 4.
- Page 10 With assistance from another adult, place Upper decorative block (I), Bottom decorative block (J) into the corresponding holes of Left side panel (E) and Right side panel (F). Secure the block in place with Long bolt (H1), Spring washer (H3), Flat washer (H4) using Allen wrench (H5) as shown in figure 5.
- Page 11 Insert the tenons of Side rail (K) into the corresponding holes of the Base (B). Align the holes of Side rail (K) and Left post (G), secure Side rail (K) to Left post (G) with Long bolt (H1), Spring washer (H3) and Flat washer (H4) using Allen wrench (H5). DO NOT fully tighten bolts in this step for later adjustment.
- Page 12 With assistance from another adult, insert the tenons of the Side rail (K) into the corresponding holes of Top rail (D). Then align the holes and attach Top rail (D) to Front panel (C) with Long bolt (H1), Spring washer (H3) and Flat washer (H4) using Allen wrench (H5) as shown figure 7.
- Page 13 With assistance from another adult, align the tenons of Left and Right side panel (E and F),Front panel (C) with the corresponding holes in Top (A) as shown in figure 8. Take care not to pinch your fingers as the top is lowered in place. Secure Top (A) to the Left and Right side panel (E and F), Front panel (C) with Short bolt (H2), Spring washer (H3) and Flat washer (H4) using Allen wrench (H5).
- Page 14 Place the Electric fireplace insert (L) into the assembled Mantel from the back. Slide the Electric fireplace insert (F) so the space around the insert and rails is equal. Secure the Electric fireplace insert to the back of the assembled Mantel with Round head screws (H6) using Phillips screwdriver (not provided) as shown in figure 9.
